Kognitiv Spark is a Canadian company and is governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada.
When you create a user account for a Kognitiv Spark website or app (including through third party services like Microsoft Azure Active Directory), purchase a Kognitiv Spark product, or contact us for support or to make other inquiries, we collect certain information that can identify you. This may include your name, company name, email address, or payment information you have provided to us to fulfill an order.
Kognitiv Spark may combine this information with information we obtain from publicly available sources, business partners and other companies.
When using our apps or visiting a Kognitiv Spark website, we collect certain non-personal information relating your usage of these services. This can include the type of web browser you’re using, device attributes, IP address, the page requests, and the date and time of your visit to a website or app.
We may also assign a cookie (small piece of data stored on your device that includes a unique identifier) to each website visitor. These may uniquely identify your browser or account, but they do not necessarily identify your personally.
Personal information collected is used to verify your identify, set up your user account(s) and login to our services, communicate with you about any services you have subscribed to or purchased or other inquiries you have made to us, and to update you on Kognitiv Spark offerings or new releases.

If you are a citizen of the United States, the European Union or Switzerland, or another region with laws governing data storage and use, you agree to the transfer, processing and storage of your personal information in Canada and other countries where our service providers operate.
Kognitiv Spark retains personal information only as long as it is needed to honor contractual obligations with you or your company, organization institution; and as may be required by law or regulation (for example, certain transactional data may be required to be stored with us past the time of your subscription or purchase period).
Under the law of certain countries, you may have the right to access information that Kognitiv Spark holds about you, update this information, or delete this personal information that we no longer need for business reasons.

Upon receipt of this request (which may require verification of your identity for security reasons), we will provide you access to this information unless we are required by law to withhold it.
Kognitiv Spark’s apps and websites are not intended for use to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from or about them.
Kognitiv Spark may make updates or changes to this policy from time to time, which may allow us to use your personal information in a different way. If updates do take place, the date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect these changes.
